8. Use of the offer: The Dine Out with Perks offer provides access to a website of discounts at participating restaurants across the LNER route. The Website may be accessed and used multiple times during the promotion period.

9. Cannot use vouchers multiple times at same restaurant in same week.

10. Additional terms may apply for your chosen restaurant. Purchases from participating restaurants are subject to the restaurant’s own terms and conditions and privacy policy. Restaurant offers are subject to availability and participating restaurants may amend or withdraw their offers from time to time.

11. For questions about a specific restaurant’s offer or dining experience, contact the restaurant directly. For questions about redeeming vouchers or the Website, contact TLC at LNERDineOut@tlcreward.co.uk.

12. Restaurant partner terms: A minimum spend of £10 is required at participating restaurants to activate the £5 discount. The £5 discount can only be used once at each individual restaurant. Discounts are provided by third-party restaurant partners and are subject to their own terms and conditions, availability, exclusions, opening times and booking requirements. LNER is not responsible for the operation, availability or fulfilment of partner offers. Delivery fees may apply outside of the offer.

13. Restrictions:

  • The Dine Out with Perks offer and individual restaurant offers accessed via the web page are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.
  • Discounts are only valid when accessed via the member’s unique code within the LNER App.
  • If a link is shared, the benefit will only be valid for the original LNER Perks account holder.

14. Discounts are subject to availability, location, and restaurant participation, which may change during the promotion period without notice.

15. Data:

  • To facilitate offer redemption, participants will be asked to provide personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address). Failure to provide personal data that is correct, accurate and complete may affect participants’ ability to redeem the discount. LNER cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects the claim of their discount.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with LNER's Privacy Policy and, where necessary for the administration of the Promotion, TLC’s Privacy Policy.
  • LNER has engaged TLC to administer and fulfil the Promotion on its behalf. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the Promotion by TLC will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of the offer, unless participants have consented for it to be used for any other purposes. Participant personal details will at all times be kept confidential. Data will be held in accordance with current data protection legislation and will be stored for up to (3) months after expiry of the participant’s offer period, after which it will be deleted. Participants can request access to their personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to lets.talk@tlcmarketing.com.
  • By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to the use of their personal data as described in this clause 15.

16. Liability:

  • Participants agree that participation in the Promotion is at their own risk.
  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

               (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence;

               (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

               (c) any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to the paragraph above, neither LNER nor TLC shall be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

  • Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for voucher code fulfilment, are not included and must be paid by participants separately.
  • TLC and LNER have no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. TLC and LNER will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the Promotion.

17. All offer claims must be made by the participants themselves. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own, or any other automated means in order to increase the number of claims into the Promotion, those claims will be disqualified and any discount claimed will be void. LNER and TLC reserve the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect themselves against fraudulent or invalid claims. In addition, TLC and LNER reserve the right to reject any claim that they reasonably believe is fraudulent, invalid or submitted in breach of these terms…

18. LNER and each individual restaurant reserves the right to amend, cancel, withdraw or withhold access to the offer or these terms at any time without prior notice.

19. LNER accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the use of third-party restaurant services. Any queries or complaints relating to the dining experience should be directed to the restaurant provider.

20. General: LNER reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary, including for operational, legal, regulatory or technical reasons.

21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms.
